This Pound Cake Lemon is a really nice cake, it has a golden brown color crust, and it’s rich and buttery with a moist and tender crumb. To start pre-heat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit that’s 163 degrees Celsius, and then you need a round or loaf pan for this pound cake. 



YOU'LLNEED : 


1 cup butter, softened 


2 cups sugar 


4 eggs 


3 cups all-purpose flour 


1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda 


1⁄4 teaspoon salt 


1 cup buttermilk 


1 teaspoon vanilla extract 


1 teaspoon lemon extract 


HOW TO MAKE: 


Cream butter, gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer until well blended. 

Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. 


Combine flour, soda, and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. 


Stir in flavorings. 

Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. 

Bake at 325 degrees F (163 degrees C) for 1 hour.
