 YOU'LL NEED

4 boneless, chicken breasts  winless three cups of broccoli florets

 1 1/3 C shredded cheese

 2 oz. Cream cheese,

1 tablespoon fresh chives or chopped fresh herbs

Garlic powder, cumin, or other spices

 1/four cup divided olive oil

HOW TO MAKE:

Heat oven to 400 degrees F . Placing broccoli in a microwave-safe container & adding 2 tsp of water.

Cover the bowl (a large dish works best) and cowl the broccoli withinside the microwave for two minutes. Remove the broccoli from the microwave and dry it thoroughly on kitchen paper.

Cut the broccoli and peas into small pieces and put them back in the bowl.

Add cheddar cheese, cream cheese, chives, 1/four teaspoon salt, and 1/four teaspoon pepper to the bowl. Stir till properly blended.

Arrange the chook breasts on a slicing board and, with the usage of a pointy knife, reduce a deep pocket lengthwise into every chicken breast without cutting to the other side.

Divide the broccoli combination into multiple breasts and press firmly into each pocket. Season the sides of the breast with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and different favorite seasonings.

Putting olive oil in a saucepan also heat it on medium heat. When the butter is hot, add the chicken breasts to each pan.

Bake one side of the chicken for three minutes, then turn them as quickly as possible and bake for another 2 minutes or more.

Transfer the pan to the oven and continue cooking the chicken breasts until the thickness of each chicken breast reaches 165°F for 10-15 minutes. Take the chicken breast out of the oven and serve.
