YOU'LL NEED:
2 shoulder roast
Large yellow onion
Bag of carrots
2 cans of green beans
2 cans of peas
2 cans of corn
3 packs of McCormick brown gravy
Gravy master to desire
HOW TO MAKE IT
Chop the roast & coat in flour, melt a stick of butter in pot and add floured meat and keep stirring get some color and when you see it start to thicken add water ( not measured).
I let that cook a while then add in carrots and onions and continue to let cook after about 25 minutes I added the gravy packets and gravy master followed by the potatoes & rest if the veggies keep stirring to reduce sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Let cook until potatoes are soft. There you have it
